During the 2024 Monaro Nationals, the Monaro Club of Victoria will be proudly hosting the Tappet Drag Race.  The Tappet Drag Race will be open to children 10 years and under, as well as adults of all ages.  Entry is free.

The Tappet Drag Race involves racing your modified Tappet Cover down a ramp with the starting line 1.0 metre high along a 9.6 metre long track.   The first over the finish line will be crowned the winner of the 2024 Tappet Drag Race.  Children 10 years and under will receive a trophy for their winning Tappet Cover.

The event will take place at the Wangaratta Showgrounds on Saturday 26th October.  Weigh in and scrutineering will start at 11.00AM, followed by test runs at 11.30AM.  With racing starting at 1.00PM sharp!
