The membership year runs from 1st January through to the 31 December each year. 

On 16th November each year you will receive an email reminder to renew your membership for the coming year.  That email will contain a link that takes you to your personal profile on our website where you can pay your renewal via Paypal AND update any contact details or car details that have changed.

You can renew your membership any time from 16th November onwards.  All you need to do is to go to the home page of the Club's website - click on the "log in" button at the top, right of the screen or if you are already logged in, click on your name which appears at the top of the screen.  That will take you to "My Profile" where you can click on the payment button to pay via a Pay Pal account if you have one and if not, by using your credit card through the Paypal system.  

No credit card details are held by the club.

It is essential for members who have cars on Club Registration, to have renewed their Club Membership BEFORE 1st January each year.  Failure to renew Club membership before 1st January each year will mean your Club Plate car will be regarded by Vicroads as unregistered as of 1st January and therefore it is unlawful to drive it on a public road.  Also,  your car's comprehensive insurance cover would most likely be voided while unregistered.
