FRIDAY 3rd November
Early arrivals - Meet and Greet “Happy Hour” 5-7pm with bar Meals or
al a carte if you like will be at The Olde Maritime - Entrants pay their own.
SATURDAY 4th November
A Fully cooked breakfast is available (Included in entry fee)
Car display on the Civic Green 8.30 – 1.30 (Walking distance from the motel) and walking distance to coffee shops and the CBD for shopping.
Lunch anywhere you would like - Entrants to pay own
Free Time before
Dinner at Clovelly Restaurant and Bar (Best Western Olde Maritime) (included in entry fee) We will need to be at the Restaurant by 5.30 for a 6pm start as we will be walking across to the “Shipwrecked” Sound & Light show at Flagstaff Hill (which is just across the road) by 8.30… show starts at 8.50. This show is at your own cost and not included in your entry fee. Once we arrive there are two options to get down to the theatre - walk with a lantern or shuttle bus …. I have booked both options as I realise some will be fine to walk and some will need the shuttle.
SUNDAY 5th November
We will then head off on a mystery cruise, lunch will be at entrants own cost, returning to Warrnambool for free time before High Tea at Reggies Tea House 3pm OR Ten Pin Bowling. 2.30 for a 3pm start. Reggies Tea House is an easy walk from the Ten Pin Bowling alley.
For those staying on Sunday night….. dinner will be at the Flying Horse Bar & Brewery at your own cost and there will be a courtesy bus available.
